Status per April 17 2007

After Els’ act Stijn and Els go to Lydia’s trailer. Again no luck, the door is closed. Suddenly Lydia’s masseur appears. Stijn and Els hide behind some crates. The masseur enters Lydia’s trailer and Els decides to have a look through the open door. She sees that the masseur is looking for something. Without hesitation Els enters the trailer and asks if she can help her. The masseur tells she is looking for Lydia’s new crown. She wants to wear it tonight during the show but she forget to take it with her. Stijn also enters the trailer. He walks straight to the mysterious box en says: “perhaps it is in this box”. He opens the box. Joep the monkey and Stijn both see what is inside the box. Joep is very frightened and falls of Stijn’s shoulders. Stijn closes the box quickly. The masseur tells them Lydia doesn’t like it when people look into the box. Els says: “is this what you are looking for?”. She saw the crown on the little cupboard right away and shows it to the masseur. The masseur tells her that this is indeed the crown she was looking for and pulls the crown out of Els’ hands. She orders Els and Stijn to leave the trailer and walks to the circus tent. In the tent she gives the crown to Lydia. When the masseur has left the trailer Els asks Stijn what it was he and Joep saw in the box. Stijn tells her they saw an enormous snake in the box. “That’s why she asked the cook for mice and frogs” Els answers.
